“Amazing hotel , price vs quality.”

The hotel is pretty nice and offers good value for the price, though the dinner buffet had very limited options. The rooms are spacious, the pool is small but gives a nice Bangkok skyline view, and the hotel sits in a dark corner yet remains convenient for visiting any spot in Bangkok, though not within walking distance. Overall, a very good hotel for the price. The buffet’s spicy dishes and fish were not to my taste, so I only had rice with sausages.

I booked Vince Hotel Pratunam for three days again because my first stay was so great, but this time I’m disappointed. A year later, the rates have risen, yet the room feels much more worn out. The price includes breakfast and late dinner, so I expected some surprise at the late dinner, but I gave up after trying it for a day. The hotel offers plenty of filling food like stuffed pasta, which is unappealing and poorly flavored, and drinks such as water cost extra, making the space feel too small. The dining area is cramped and not very clean. My favorite breakfast has also deteriorated in quality. The hotel’s quirky services like Thai dress photo shoots and free massages seem unnecessary; the money would be better spent on improving the core experience. Staff service remains satisfactory, and I hope the next visit will be better.

Nothing. The staff is unhelpful and treats guests with a double standard.

We love it overall – the location, cleanliness, comfort, staff, services, and food. We’ll be back in 2027.
