The location, the facilities, the food—all were very nice, and the staff were courteous. Unfortunately, no one spoke Italian, though we managed anyway.
“Excellent hôtel”
Le personnel accueillant, le buffet, l emplacement
“I think that if you are used to staying in a better quality hotel then this would not be for you.”
I had to plug the kettle into the wall under my bedside table each time I used it, and I had to rush to a shop that was closing in 5 minutes to buy sugar and milk—only powdered milk was sold, so I had to bring my own coffee. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The disco music played loudly six nights a week, but it stopped at 1100 every night. Other guests seemed to enjoy it, but I’m used to higher‑quality hotels. You get what you pay for.
“Paradise in Mauritius”
We appreciated how spacious the room was, and the balcony view of the beach was stunning. The staff welcomed us and were always helpful, and the food was delicious too. No issues.
“Great hotel in a great location.”
Great spot right across from the beach with a lovely pool, and the staff were very friendly. However, a 10% surcharge was added to every bar bill.
