The receptionist was very kind, breakfasts were excellent, the room was well equipped, and the location is convenient for the drive to Klínovec and the spa. The shower cubicle only had a ceiling shower; we prefer handheld ones. Also, with a stronger water flow, a bit of water leaked under the door onto the bathroom floor.

New, clean furnishings, daily room cleaning, and breakfast offers everything you could want—savory, sweet, fruit, and veggies. All was fine.

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was okay. There was no German TV and the parking spots were insufficient.
