Madam Ammara is the best staff. All staff are nice. The price is high for the ambition; management seems inexperienced and oddly doesn't accept card payments.

“Water damages to rooms”

The day time staff were helpful and hotel manager was pleading for another chance. Everything! I booked 3 rooms for 7 adults and my 1 year old child, one of the rooms that was given to us smelt mouldy and the other smelt of Smoke, my room was a double room, it had walls that were peeling and a big hole which they claim to be an extractor fan hole, but if the fan is off, there's bugs and mosquitoes that come into the room, the facilities are nothing as described and the rooms were in terrible conditions, the wall paper/wall panels were peeling off the walls in every corner, the table was bubbled, it looked like all water damages in the rooms! Not a good hotel at all, after 1 night we had to check out and move to the next door hotel as this hotel was so unpleasant. After advising the hotel that we would like to check out, they then showed us better rooms which were newly renovated but still smelt like wet paint. However these rooms were not offered on arrival. We got to the hotel around 11pm and the night shift staff were not helpful at all, they seem to have had better things to do then help us check in properly. We wanted to pay with card upon arrival yet they wanted to charge an additional 10% fee for using the card machine and said that every hotel in lahore would do the same. We then checked in at the neighboring hotel which was very accommodating and said that we can pay with card with NO additional fees. We finally booked at Ambassador hotel next door and had to move with our luggage after the 1 night stay! We 13500 PKR per night, at this hotel and when we went to the next door hotel they charged 15000 PKR per night, for just 1500 PKR more, were were in a much better hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff attitude was good, but there is no market around the hotel.

“Home Away From Home”

Grand Millennium Hotel has truly become my home away from home in Lahore. I have stayed here around a dozen times, and it continues to be my first choice whenever I visit Lahore. Everything from the comfort and cleanliness to the service and overall atmosphere has consistently been excellent. The staff are welcoming and always make my stays comfortable. A special mention to Ms. Ammara from Guest Relations (GRO), who is extremely cooperative, professional, and helpful. Her hospitality makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely continue choosing Grand Millennium whenever I’m in Lahore. Highly recommended!

“Fantasy comes true”

The breakfast reminded me of old Lahori taste, delicious and fresh. At reception, Madam Aamara was genuinely kind, remembered guests’ likes and dislikes, and had a good memory of them. She also offered complimentary morning coffee or tea—a gesture that made her a valuable asset. She felt like a family member to us; thank you so much, all of you. The bathroom needs improvement; it’s neat and clean but not spacious enough for someone like me who likes roomy bathrooms.
