Climate comforts are provided by a fan, iron, ironing facilities and extra towels or sheets available for a fee.

“Beautiful island retreat with wonderful food”
Beautiful island where you stay nestled in the trees. This is an incredibly special place, after 6 weeks travelling in East Africa we had to say this place was our favourite. The hospitality, food and setting make this place a cut above. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with walks and breathtaking scenery where you can switch off, this is your place

This place really exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the food was top-notch. We were a bit surprised by how nice everything was, considering the price. We're already looking forward to coming back for another stay.

Glamping on Ruhondo Island was a real treat, with the stunning boat ride to get there setting the tone for a truly unique experience. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt at home, which was great considering the remote location. The glamping setup itself was beautifully done, with plenty of space to relax and take in the breathtaking views.

A wonderful, friendly couple run this island retreat, and the dining area offers gorgeous views.
This place is a real gem if you're looking to unwind and get back to nature. The peaceful atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, and the healthy food options are a bonus. The tent accommodation was a fun twist on a traditional hotel room - it was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were always happy to help. The only downside is that it's a bit of a trek to get to some of the facilities, but it's worth it for the scenery and the sense of adventure.
