Anook Hotel Wolgot

I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff at this hotel, who made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained and functional. However, I must admit that the hotel's location, while close to the train station, felt a bit isolated from the rest of Incheon city, and there wasn't much to see or do in the surrounding area.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had its share of highs and lows. The warm floors were truly a delight, making every step feel cozy and inviting. However, the service left much to be desired, with the staff coming across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Additionally, the room was on the smaller side, which was a bit of a letdown considering the overall experience.

“Good and helpful staff”

As a solo traveler with modest expectations, I found this hotel to be a good fit for my needs, with a clean and comfortable room and a decent breakfast spread. While the staff's English skills were limited, they made a genuine effort to assist me, and I appreciated their helpfulness. However, I did notice that the hotel seemed to cater mainly to domestic guests, and some English information would have been appreciated.
