The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful, but I tried many times to get in touch with the hotel and never received a reply. I couldn’t arrange a shuttle pickup, and the address was wrong, making it hard for a taxi to find the place.

The location is good, close to the airport, but I disliked the staff, especially the receptionist. She was unhelpful, refused to clean the room, and demanded an extra 50 USD for that. When I asked to see my ticket, she told me I needed to pay 60 USD to proceed. I’m baffled how this hotel operates with such a rude and abusive front‑desk employee.
