“Schönes Hotel an guter Lage mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstücksbuffet.”
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Service insgesamt prima. Der Pool grossartig. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Die Immissionen davon waren teilweise übermäßig, vor allem am Abend bis ca. Mitternacht. Zudem waren die Kopfkissen des Bettes sehr breit (übergross). Die auf unsere Intervention ausgewechselten Kissen waren nur unbedeutend kleiner. Das hat das Schlafgefühl stark negativ beeinträchtigt. Leider war der Pool nur ab 09:00 offen, sodass wir unser Morgenschwimmen nicht durchführen konnten

“Espectacular”
The hotel, overall, is a marvel. This is the second year I've stayed here and once again the experience was very good. The facilities are spectacular, both outdoors and indoors. The hall, entrance, and lounge areas are well maintained and perfectly convey the hotel’s category. The pool is a true wonder and the gym is also well equipped. I want to especially highlight the staff: everyone has been charming, very attentive, efficient, and always ready to help. The service in that sense is excellent. I also greatly appreciate that they allow pets, something not all hotels do, of course provided the animals are well-behaved and respectful of the surroundings. Additionally, they go the extra mile by providing a pet kit with a bed that is truly wonderful, a gesture that makes a big difference and, honestly, is hardly found anywhere else. After staying for the second consecutive year, I am clear that whenever I return to Marbella I will choose this hotel again. It’s a place that makes you want to come back, and we will definitely repeat. The only thing that could be improved is that some parts of the rooms should be updated to match a five‑star hotel. In our case, the sofa was somewhat dirty and both it and the small table in front were a bit outdated compared to the overall level of the establishment. I would also renovate the bathroom, because although it is functional, it feels a bit old and I think a modernization would greatly enhance the experience.
