“Si no queréis que os estafen, no vengáis aquí”

The only good thing was the location. We booked in October 2025 for June 2026, and on the same day we arrived in Florence, they told us there was a booking issue and our room was already taken. We had no notice beforehand, even with the advance reservation. They offered us a different place for only two nights, so we had to find another accommodation at an outrageous price. Getting the apartment keys was a nightmare, and the initial staff treated us like fools with WhatsApp audio messages. The AC sounded like a turbine and made a lot of noise; we barely slept because the windows had no soundproofing and there was street noise at night. On the way up, more than four huge bags of dirty sheets and towels blocked half the staircase.

The location was spot on. You have to retrieve the keys in another building with a chain of steps and codes. The common areas were very dirty, especially the WC and shower. Bring earplugs or you won’t be able to sleep at night because of the dancing bar on the ground floor.

“Conformes”

It’s comfortable, central, and cozy. The neighborhood noise is unavoidable and makes it hard to sleep; the windows vibrate. To get there you have to pass two spots and there’s no staff.

“Safo...lo justo y necesario”

The area is far from the train station, but close to many tourist spots. The check‑in was a mess—rain, many codes, and I spent the whole day wandering because no one told me that the luggage could be stored in the building where the keys are kept. The conversation was curt and slow. I never found the hallway lights. The shower plumbing was clogged, the hair dryer didn’t work, and there was nothing to dry after showering. The room had five Italian channels, a single room with a sofa bed, was cold and had no mosquito net—mosquitoes bit me the first night and I never opened the window again. They call it a bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast. The municipal tax was very high and paid in cash.
