The host was friendly and the bed was nice. Service was good, towels were plentiful, and the food was extensive. However, water was often missing.

“Esperienza unica”

The lady was wonderful, truly hospitable, and prepared a generous, delicious dinner at a very low price. With a translator we managed to communicate. She also gave us herbs and beans as a gift. The Armenian breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Finding the house was difficult because the map didn’t connect. There was little water for the services, but the charm was adapting to live like them.

Great location right in Tatev. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was unusable: water pressure was extremely low, temperature either ice‑cold or very hot, and the bathroom was very dark. Communication with the owner was minimal; she seemed busy, often on the phone, and you felt like a nuisance if you asked anything. Dinner cost 8000 Dram for two people, which felt steep for what was offered.

The owner was friendly. In the evening there was no water, and when it finally returned it was only ice‑cold. The doors and handles were in poor condition, so you had to slam them to close properly, causing noise all night from other guests opening and closing them.

The room was comfortably adequate for a small stay in Tatev. Unfortunately, from evening to morning there was no water, and we couldn’t shower on the road.
