“Great base for a short stay in Nice”

The place sits just a stone's throw from Nice Ville station and the beach, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that offer better value than those on the seafront or in the old town. The room was extremely quiet, which we really appreciated.

The location was spot‑on and the staff, notably Matid, were attentive. The shower box lacked a door, causing water to spill into the rest of the bathroom.

“Ótima localização e funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos!”

The spot is close to the beach and the train station, not so near the airport, and the staff—especially Matid—were great. The room was spacious with a fridge and the shower was hot. The downside was that the shower box had no door, so water leaked into the rest of the bathroom.

“Başarılı”

The hotel owners and staff were very helpful and polite, the area felt safe and most places were within walking distance, so we never used public transport or Uber, and they didn't charge for luggage storage.

“Very nice place for value and location.”

The location and staff were solid. The room could use a new bed and mattress.
