The gentleman Calogero was an excellent person, with an industrial‑sized breakfast, more than enough. The only thing I felt I could say is that the change of sheets and cleaning should be more frequent, but overall we were satisfied. The location is excellent, practically in the center of Palermo; you can leave the car at the Orlando parking, 10 minutes from the B&B, paying €13 a day and feel at ease, then walk around the entire center and various markets.

“Sweet Politeama e dolce vacanze”

I was impressed by the location, but what really stood out was the host, Calogero, who was a wonderful man, always ready to help and always smiling. There was nothing else to criticize, maybe just a bit more attention to the room itself, as it’s small and could use a little extra care and cleanliness.

Calogero is a discreet and extremely kind gentleman. The B&B’s position is fantastic, close to all services, the historic center and the port. The price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent. He left a fridge stocked with free drinks for us! I highly recommend it.

“Una stanza con il necessario per un soggiorno in centro a Palermo”

The B&B is located in a strategic part of the city, on the third floor with an elevator and about a dozen steps. Many well‑known spots are reachable on foot or by bus. We walked to the four churches, the cathedral and the market. The room was well‑climatized and had a fridge. It was filled with bottles of water and drinks, plus everything we needed for breakfast (milk, a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, brioche, toast, jam, Nutella, cereals) in abundance for days, even though we stayed only two nights. Complete privacy. The host lives on the floor below and we only saw him at check‑in, but he was reachable if needed. There’s a large terrace that we didn’t use because of the high outside temperatures, but it’s perfect for smokers to step out for a cigarette. ☺️ The terrace has a table, chairs and two loungers, with a nice view of the city. When showering or flushing the toilet, a lot of water comes out. Outside the room, the host left two dry mats to replace them when necessary. I think it’s a temporary issue. I didn’t ask for details because the stay was short and he was very kind from the start.
