The room was very good and comfortable, but the elevators take a long time.

No hot water as the boiler was down. Charged for parking then charged me and refunded me for the 2 days i canceled after they had been paid for prior and a refund was pending so it put a hold on more money

The spot is nice, right near I25, and the place was clean, smelled good, and the bed was comfortable—just bring your own pillows. The water was cold and only warmed up a bit; the shower curtain was ripped, the toilet barely flushed, and there was a foreign substance on the bed, but we just moved the comforter, so it wasn't a big deal.
