We were upgraded. The hotel is well‑located, clean, the room is air‑conditioned and the bed comfortable. The staff is extremely kind: we were at the hospital and they were ready to bring us our belongings. A big thank you!

Everything matched the pictures. I checked into this hotel by accident and kept extending my stay several times. The staff is very welcoming, the place is very clean, they help with luggage. The rooms are quite spacious. For the price, the hotel surpassed all my expectations. It takes 7‑10 minutes to walk to the bar street or you can get there quickly by tuk‑tuk. That was a plus for me because I like sleeping in silence.

“nothing major nothing deceiving”

It’s a nice decent place. Not euphoric, but nothing major to complain about. Some mosquitoes, bring a repellent.

“You get what you pay for”

For the price, this place is a steal. The staff were super friendly and spoke decent English, which made a big difference. Plus, it's within walking distance to the city center, and they even offer tour packages and taxi services. My only complaints are that it's a bit old and the rooms aren't well insulated, so you can hear everything going on outside.
