We ended up not staying there because of a mix‑up on our part regarding the number of people, and the owner was very kind to make an exception for a refund. He helped us find a different place nearby, and I appreciate him for making the exception and giving a last‑minute refund.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly and giving great city tips. We only stayed one day on the way, but we’d have liked to extend our visit. The sheets and towels were clean and soft. The room was spacious and came with amenities like dental hygiene items, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc. The location is excellent, making it suitable for both short and long stays. Nothing to complain about.

It was super convenient to Roma Termini and surprisingly quiet even though it’s on a busy street with shops. The small communal kitchen area was a pleasant surprise. Our host, GUILIO, was awesome!
