Convenient for getting around the city center, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the place was clean 😊 – nothing to complain about.

The property was spotless, insect‑free, and offered a small shared kitchen with dishes and a fridge, a lounge, and a veranda with a table. My room was a small space on the second floor, with a large bed, comfy mattress, a fan, and air‑conditioning, its own bathroom, and it was close to the beach and the ocean. Breakfasts were tasty and included in the price. The owners run a café that’s convenient for lunch and dinner. They’re friendly and can help with any issue. I wanted to extend my stay, but everything was booked; you have to book in advance. Next time I’ll stay longer in Mirissa and book the same option again. There are no drawbacks, and the price‑quality balance is perfect.

The location is great among restaurants, between Secret Beach and the big beach. The owners are quite busy, but if you know what you want to do, it’s not a big problem.
