The spot is excellent, just 100 meters from the metro, but the bathrooms are only in the room.

The lady Leonora is a wonderful guest, and the rest of the staff is just as good. I have to remember next time I visit that there's no elevator, but that’s not a big deal.

The location is great for exploring Napoli, but there's no elevator, which could be an issue for older guests.

The place is excellent, within walking distance of Porto Beverello and Castel Nuovo, and only a 2‑minute walk from the Università metro station. Even late at night the area feels safe, and I had no bad experiences. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and breakfast is decent. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and they even arranged a taxi without any hassle during the fuel crisis. It’s good value for money and highly recommended. There are no significant negatives.
