The staff were not friendly, so I had to cancel, and it felt suspicious.

I didn't like it at all. There is no lift for the upper floor. Staff are so rude. Service is very very poor. There is a kitchen but no food, even tea also. Just pathetic. I would suggest everyone not to stay there. Rooms, bed is not clean. It's just horrible.
