For those who love castles, this place delivers: a large main house with a modern addition, a huge castle park with a playground, a terrace by the house, free and ample parking, excellent food, and friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and refilled constantly, giving a great overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the wellness/fitness area due to time constraints, so we didn’t rate that. On the downside, the room wasn’t entirely clean—there were foreign hairs on the nightstand, light dust on the furniture, and traces from previous guests in the toilet. During the day on the terrace, we had to wait a long time for our ordered drinks, even though there weren’t many guests around.
