“A lot of room for improvement”

The hotel was close to a food spot and the main highway was easy to reach, but my experience was disappointing because the Wi‑Fi kept failing, which made it hard to stay connected for work or personal use. I also found that there was no coffee or tea in the room, a basic amenity that should be available.
