Loved the location and the staff were really attentive. The AC and heating were a pain – they never worked properly, and the bathroom door was a bit flimsy.

Super comfy room and the staff were friendly. Parking is available, just pay extra. The décor feels warm and welcoming.

The staff were awful. Breakfast was billed but we were turned away at 10:02 because it was only served until 10:00, and there was no cat in the building. Cleanliness was questionable. They added a 15% card fee, even though we’d always paid 10% elsewhere. Horrible experience – I can’t understand the 9‑star rating.
