We ran into an issue with the room, but they fixed it quickly. The slides were amazing and the staff were 10.

I liked the slides in the pool, but there was mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the mornings.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the facilities were good, the food options were decent, there was a late check‑out option, and the room had good storage.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot surrounded by beautiful scenery, and we were lucky to get a great view. I want to thank the entire staff for being incredibly friendly, especially the reception team who were exceptionally kind and very helpful on both days. The hotel itself is clean and well‑maintained even though it isn’t brand new. The food and overall amenities were decent, and the value for money is wonderful. I’d definitely return and recommend it to families. The only drawback was the complicated light and AC control system; I wouldn’t have realized the AC couldn’t be turned off from the panel without asking the reception, so thanks again to the staff for helping.
