The rooms were comfy, but the check‑in was a hassle—arrived at 18:40, no room until 20:10. Breakfast was jam‑packed and the coffee machine kept glitching, and lunch was the same, with a crowded restaurant.

Great spot, beach and pool were solid, breakfast tasty, staff friendly, and the rooms were roomy with good beds. Still, the upkeep felt off for a place that bills itself as high‑end—torn blinds, a stuck toilet, and overall a bit under‑maintained for the price.
