The staff are friendly and welcoming. The phone in the room was hard to use, and I couldn't reach reception when I called, which raised concerns about the hotel’s ability to respond quickly and effectively in an emergency.

“Tavsiye etmem ve bir daha da gelmeyecegim otel”

The price‑quality balance is off. The hotel is old, and I didn't see the five‑star service or quality that the price promised. When booking, they keep the price low and then add a huge markup.
