I found no positives at all, and they still charged me extra. The staff were arrogant.

They told me breakfast was not included and that there would be separate charges for it. The hotel’s location feels unsafe if you’re traveling alone; it’s fine if you’re with friends, family, or other people. When I visited, the water cooler wasn’t working properly and had dirty water because of construction on the 5th floor. I asked them to arrange water for us, and since we were guests, they should have provided clean water as a basic requirement, but they told us to buy bottled water and we had to pay for each one.
