The activities were good, but the room was small.

The animal park was splendid, the food amazing, and the tent concept beautiful. However, the pool was crowded, the tent rooms are behind the pool so they were super noisy, and in the morning they started playing music at 6:30am when breakfast began, which disrupted my sleep. The pool closes at night and opens to the public, so the rooms get noisy. Finally, some staff were not very kind.

The campfire and zoo were good, everything else was fine.

There is a private area and a zoo, and the staff is responsive. The hotel needs a major renovation.

“it was good”

The food and drinks were great, the staff excellent, the zoo wonderful, the little lake we cruised on was nice, Mbuzi choma was superb, and the cottage’s warm mattress was exemplary. The biggest disappointment was that there was no way for a foreign guest to pay in cash if they didn’t have Mpesa, which caused stress and delays.
