The location was gorgeous and the staff were great. Yet the AC didn’t blow cold air, the room stayed hot and smelled odd, hot water didn’t stay hot, the bed was very hard, the TV remote was dead, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and it felt expensive for the lack of amenities.

The spot on the river was perfect, right where we needed to be, but the bathroom was a nightmare— the toilet was so low that we couldn't even get out of it.

The place had a great spot, stayed clean, and the beds were nice.

The location worked well for the event, yet after dropping off our bags we found the sink floor soaking wet in the first room, even though we hadn't used any water; we were moved to a second room around 9:30 PM at the back of the building, where there was no security lighting and the uneven, broken steps made it hazardous to reach the room, and the carpet felt sticky.
