The place feels very cozy and spotless, but the location makes me hesitate to arrive after dark.

The food was tasty and varied, but the accommodation’s location is far from the center and the surrounding area has odd shapes. It’s worth clarifying what the all‑inclu‑sive covers at the start (one KV and mint tea per meal; you can order them separately only if you didn’t have them at the meal). We feared bed bugs from previous reviews, but fortunately we didn’t find any; however, the bedding set should be replaced as it shows old stains.

If I could, I’d give this spot zero stars! It was a nightmare. We arrived very late at the riad and checked in, but soon realized we couldn’t stay there at all. The room was cramped, barely ventilated, and the entire riad stank; we could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, and people were using the pool right outside our door and windows. Just before bed we spotted cockroaches in the bathroom, and later we found bed bugs on the beds too. The receptionist didn’t offer us another room (not that we would stay even if one were available). We had to find another place after midnight and move there late at night. I sent many messages to the property that night and afterward but never received a reply. We’re still trying to get a refund for all the unexpected expenses we incurred that night. Booking this riad was the biggest scam I’ve encountered while traveling—do NOT trust the reviews here, this place is DISGUSTING.

The structure and décor were really nice, but customer care was lacking (no breakfast on the last day despite a 24‑hour notice, confirmed by staff) and the room had several issues (the mattress needs replacement, the air conditioning barely works, and the toilet is wobbly).
