I liked the location near restaurants and the pedestrian market, but the room was small, the bathroom door couldn’t lock, there was no TV, no bottled water, and no complimentary towels.

The spot is close to the pedestrian street and night market; when I arrived I was given a bungalow that didn’t match the Booking details—it was dirty, infested with ants, damp everywhere, and the bathroom had a terrible smell. The bed was broken and the mattress was old and very uncomfortable. The next day, after a sleepless night, I was moved to another bungalow after complaining, but a surcharge was added even though the bad conditions weren’t my fault.
