The buffet breakfast that comes with the stay was great, but getting into the room was a bit tricky because the key card didn’t work smoothly.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room with two beds was comfortable and spacious, but it was noisy from very early in the morning.

“El único defecto”

I was assigned a very quiet room and didn’t hear any street noise, but the electronic lock kept failing, so I had to swipe the key several times to open the door.

“Hotel lindo, cómodo y súper bien ubicado”

I liked the location, the comfort of the facilities, and the staff’s friendliness; the hotel is very pretty and clean. Almost every staff member goes out of their way to be polite and helpful, well trained for customer service, except for one very rude and unfriendly older person who handled the luggage; I didn’t bother with his name but he was unpleasant, yet that didn’t tarnish the effort of the rest of the staff who are extremely kind.
