The location was super convenient, but that's about where the positives end. The staff didn't speak a word of English, which made getting help a challenge. To make matters worse, the night snack was a letdown and the tourist info they provided was completely off base.

This place is right in the heart of everything, with city sights and the metro just a short walk away - so that's a big plus. But, checking in was a struggle since none of the staff spoke English, which was pretty frustrating.
