Slemani Rotana

“A good clean property with a friendly staff and great location.”

The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist Shano who was extremely helpful, and the location was great. I had no issues at all and liked everything about it.

“Absolut traumhaft, werde definitiv wiederkommen.”

I really liked the hotel; everything was top‑class and clean. The comfortable bed and overall room cleanliness stood out the most. The staff were available around the clock, polite, and especially the employee “Shano” was absolutely helpful and attended to every request.

It was a very pleasant experience at Rotana Hotel, and I want to give special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Taha for his excellent service, high morals, and guest care. He was very cooperative, respectful, quick to respond, and provided assistance with professionalism. Having staff at this level gives the hotel a distinctive impression and makes the experience even better. All thanks and appreciation to Mohammed Taha, who deserves all the praise and a top rating.
