The views from the room and restaurant were amazing. Some staff could use better training.

The welcome was great, staff attentive, views breathtaking, enjoyed Sunday band, watching animals while relaxing, wonderful massage. I will definitely return and recommend. Thank you.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location—quiet, just far enough from the city’s hustle to give us privacy. The outdoor fire pit at night was a nice touch, and our room was turned down twice, something we hadn't expected. The spa was the highlight of our trip; my partner, who is very particular, loved the couple retreat package treatment and has already recommended it to friends. However, many of the food items we wanted were missing from the menu, making meal choices harder. Also, the room lacked an iron/steamer, an essential item we needed.
