etoe Hotel Shinjuku

“great location, fantastic city and comfortable room.”

I spent a couple nights at etoe hotel in Shinjuku and it was great. The staff were easy to communicate with. The location should sell you on this place, Shinjuku at your doorstep, such a lively city - this hotel was tucked away in a quiet street with the station super closeby. We had issues with our QR code granting us access to enter in but the staff their was excellent and guided us through the set up process that I received in an email prior.

The vibe is absolutely killer. My room smelled of oil all through. it was almost claustrophobic

The tranquility and incredible location! Very close to Shinjuku-ochame station, super convenient. The staff were very available and friendly! The space was a bit small, not many spots for luggage, but we knew that from the dimensions listed on the page.

The room (“slow room”) was spotless and beautifully designed, and the whole property felt incredibly calm and quiet, a real haven in the middle of Tokyo. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. What really stood out was how smooth and autonomous the check-in/check-out process was, entirely handled via QR code, making our arrival and departure fast and effortless. Nothing in particular. The stay went smoothly from start to finish
