“Not worth the money, find someplace better”

The staff are nice but lack training. No one gave me the Wi‑Fi code upon arrival, unlike every other hotel I’ve been to. I wasn’t told that half the beach chairs were private. When I asked two staff members about free laundry, they said yes, but a third said it wasn’t free and I’d have to pay. No one told me where to park; better hotels give directions beforehand. The staff member only parked my car because I didn’t know where it was and I followed him. The beach beds are dirty, littered with cigarette butts, and there’s no service for drinks or food. I spent two hours there and no one checked on me. Only about five or six beds were in use, so it wasn’t busy. The rooms are basic, clearly not four stars, and look rushed—there’s a weird smell, no blanket on the bed, just a top sheet. The private parking is tiny, full of trash, and you need a staff member to let you in and out. During the low season there’s no breakfast buffet; they let you order an item from the restaurant menu. I asked for an avocado toast to go without eggs (because I’m vegetarian). They gave me an avocado sandwich with a slice of meat. I threw it away and won’t eat breakfast there again.

We really liked the hotel’s location—it was very pleasant and provided a nice environment, so we enjoyed our stay in that respect. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also a positive point. The premises and public areas appeared tidy and orderly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we felt very comfortable thanks to the beautiful location and well‑maintained condition of the hotel. Regarding the beach lounge chairs, we had already paid for them, yet we consistently struggled to find a chair. The front row was reserved exclusively for external guests who paid extra. The back chairs were intended for hotel guests, but these were often already reserved as well. Additionally, the staff at the beach stand were not very friendly or helpful, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

The location is decent but not worth the price. Breakfast doesn’t match the price—only basics, so I’d skip it. They claim beach umbrellas are included, but when we arrived we discovered the beach beds and the first row were not included; they rent other rows, so if you’re not early enough you’ll be disappointed. I also didn’t appreciate that they wouldn’t give me an invoice in euros.

“Best location in South Riviera”

The hotel was simply wonderful. What made us feel most at home was the very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant was also excellent, honestly some of the best seafood we’ve had anywhere in the Mediterranean.
