Everyone—from the front desk to the man who served and cleared breakfast—was friendly and professional. I received a special rate because I was visiting someone in the hospital.

The property was clean and updated, but our room door didn’t lock, so I could hear everything when I checked in. I’d already paid for my rooms, yet I was told I hadn’t paid for one of them and had to pay again at the front desk. After explaining I’d booked and paid for two rooms, a manager had to step in, but I still ended up paying out of pocket for the extra room. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for a cancellation, yet later received an email stating the hotel would charge me for a late cancellation with fees, which left me very unhappy.
