“Fantastic stay in a boutique hotel!”

The spot is perfect—quiet street, close to everything. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful, and I appreciated the complimentary snacks and coffee each morning. They even let me store my bags before check‑in and after check‑out. The only downside was the lift, which felt a bit cramped if you’re carrying large luggage.

I had to send my luggage to my next hotel seven days later and paid 1000 JPY per day for storage—twice what most Tokyo hotels charge. Plus, I could only pay in cash; otherwise there’d be a 15 % surcharge, which is ridiculous and frankly unacceptable.

“Very good hotel in a convenience Tokyo location”

The price was great for a clean Tokyo room. The bed was firm and comfortable for us, and the shower was very good. The location is a short, safe walk from a Yamanote line stop, so Ueno is one subway stop away and Shinjuku just a few stops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely stay again. Like many Japanese hotels, the room was small; even though there was a window in the corner, it felt dark.

A really nice place in a quiet area with plenty of great restaurants and few tourists. It’s comfortable, super clean, and offers morning coffee and snacks that you can enjoy in the garden behind the hotel. It’s also very close to a train and metro station, so you’re only 30 minutes from Narita Airport, and you can walk to Ueno Park, which has excellent museums.
