I especially want to thank the Spanish‑nationality woman who worked at the restaurant; she was extremely professional and attentive to me, and she treated all guests with the same excellent, patient care. Thank you so much!

The location was great and the breakfast was good, but the pool hours were annoying because they opened very late, and due to maintenance only two small pools were working, something they never mentioned.

The spa facilities are exceptional, the place is spotless, the food quality is high, and breakfast comes as a buffet with unlimited options. The staff are very responsive and friendly.
