The location and the staff were good, but the food options were lacking.

Everything was good, the food was excellent, and Minakshi was very helpful throughout the stay. Nothing to note otherwise.

The ambience and surroundings were nice, but room service costs an extra 20% that we weren’t told about; after we raised the issue, it was deducted and no further charges were added.
