“Maravillosa...”

We loved everything. The spot is perfect as a base to visit Alcobaça, Batalha, Nazaré, São Martinho do Porto… The little house has the necessary space, is thoughtfully decorated, and full of useful details. All the appliances and utensils you might need are there (there’s no TV, because it’s unnecessary). The beds are super comfy, with plenty of blankets and pillows. What really won us over was the garden, full of lovely and special corners, and that pool with the perfect temperature from which to watch the sunset… It’s clear that Sandrine, the host, has put her heart into every square meter. It was a pleasure to meet her, from our arrival (with welcome details) to the lovely goodbye. The only downside was having to leave.

“A brilliant place to relax with a fantastic host.”

Sandrine was the best host—very helpful, kind, and warm. The stay was wonderful: breakfasts were delicious and full of local produce, the surroundings were pleasant, and the garden touches were lovely and well‑chosen. The pool was clean and always available. Staying in the flat felt like a slice of paradise that I’ll remember fondly for a long time. The area is interesting; you can drive to many places—the ocean is nearby, as are charming little towns and beautiful countryside. Thank you for our stay 😃

The host was friendly and the place was close to many sights like Óbidos and Nazaré, and it was quiet and perfectly set up for a family of four with two bedrooms, a private covered terrace, a heated pool, an open view, a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a large, well‑kept outdoor area featuring a Mediterranean garden, several terraces, a boules court, a playground and a trampoline for the kids.

Sandrine is a very attentive host, the place is clean, an independent house with a pool and a nice view, plus swings and a trampoline for the children. It would have been better to have a glass or clear acrylic barrier around the pool for windy days to make it more comfortable.
