Everything was perfect!

The place was clean, but the kitchen only had a microwave and a coffee maker; there was no stove, pots, or even a sandwich maker or iron.

The area was pleasant and spotless, but a few other guests arrived at 4 am and the wooden staircase made a lot of noise.
