The service was amazing 👏 🤩 and I was able to switch to another room; they offered coffee, tea, and drinking water, but the flexibility was lacking.
The location is convenient and the room is spacious, but there was a lack of transparency about additional fees such as parking and breakfast, which were not clearly advertised in the listing.
“Ideaal verblijf, rustig gelegen, perfecte uitvalbasis om bern te bezoeken ...”
The breakfast was good and complete, and the bathroom is small but fully equipped with everything you might need.
“Nice hotel”
The place is clean, breakfast is good, the hotel is attached to a mall, and they provide the city bus ticket, with nothing negative to mention.
“sehr angenehmer und passender Aufenthalt”
Unexpectedly beautiful view from the 5th floor, slept well because it was quiet and the temperature was pleasant, I couldn’t judge the breakfast as I ate in the Migros restaurant, but the air‑conditioner was difficult to operate.
