Extended Stay Hotel

“Good price and location, but need to stay on top of repairs and room cleaning”

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the price was unbeatable. But, unfortunately, the room didn't quite live up to the rest of the experience. I had to sweep the floor with a towel before taking my shoes off, which was a bit of a turn-off. The shower head was broken, the TV had no signal despite being plugged in, and the electrical outlet for the microwave was dead.

“Was a good place to stay for the night quiet big tv will stay again on our next trip :)”

We got a great deal on the room, but the initial room we were given was a total disaster. The blankets were still on the bed, and it looked like the cleaning had just been started but never finished. We went back to the front desk and the lady apologized and gave us a new room, but that was about it.

The hotel had a great location, but unfortunately, the floors were filthy and the other guests were pretty loud. It was a shame, because it could've been a great stay.

“Decent shower! That's it!!!”

I'm still trying to figure out how this hotel stays in business. Everything about it was subpar - the rooms, the service, the whole experience. It was a real disappointment.

“Would like to come back in 6 months or so after renovations are completed”

The hotel was in the middle of a renovation, which was kind of a bummer, but the staff was super helpful and accommodating. They even let us bring our show dogs, which was a big plus. The new furniture and appliances were really nice, and the room was huge and comfy. The only downside was the crazy pet fee - $56 for two dogs was way too steep.
