“Parecia um filme de terror!”

At first the shower seemed like it might not work, but then a good flow of hot water came through; however the rooms were dirty with food crumbs on the floor, long hair on the bed and under the sheets, stained sheets, a cracked ceramic floor in the bathroom that looked like it could collapse, stale breakfast food that was dry from exposure, dirty and greasy thermal bottles, and the barista was constantly coughing over the food—overall a terrible stay, not recommended.

Breakfast was delicious, excellent value, well‑located, staff super attentive and kind, very quiet and comfortable—highly recommend it to everyone!

“Confortável e aconchegante.”

The staff were very attentive and the room was comfortable; breakfast was okay, Flávia is lovely and makes scrambled eggs on request, but on the last day the milk had a strange taste.
