My stay had its ups and downs - the location was decent but a bit far from the city center, and I didn't get to try the breakfast. The air conditioning was insufficient, and the shower could use some improvement, but it was still manageable.

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the hotel's great location, which allowed us to easily explore Pollonnaruwa. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, we did encounter some issues, like missing amenities and TV channels not working, but the staff quickly addressed these problems.
