“It was good break”

The kids’ play area and the pools were great since it was mainly about kids. Dinner food was basic and the dessert was too sweet for my liking.

The service is excellent , the rooms were clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times

Nothing. I had to cancel my booking. The fact that they don’t have Netflix and youtube on their TV in these day and age. It is disappointing

“Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and the people working at reception were more than friendly.”

Friendly staff at reception. Entertainment for kids is why we chose this venue, twice! The pool looked nice and clean unfortunately the weather did not permit us to enjoy it. The person at the Kiosk could be a bit more accommodating. This was the only disappointing aspect during both our stays at the hotel. The first time, it was closed during the times that it was supposed to be open and on both occassions we felt that the person could be more approachable
