Everything was spot on – great location, helpful staff, excellent home‑cooked meals and fantastic excursions. The only hitch was a painfully slow internet connection.

Honestly, we liked everything. The place was quiet, no noise at all, and the food was really good.

The meals were really flavorful and the rooms were spotless, but we ran into a lot of issues. Food often arrived cold, the lighting in the room and bathroom was dim, and the dining hall was sweltering with no air‑conditioning and uncomfortable wooden benches. Guides only spoke the local language, and the price felt far too high for what was offered.

Staying at a lodge in the middle of the Pantanal was a unique experience – the scenery is beautiful, the group tours are interesting, and the small number of rooms makes it easy to mingle with other guests. The staff were attentive, kind, and always tried to improve things, which I loved. Still, the place fell short of my high expectations in a few areas.
