Wingate by Wyndham Jackson Ridgeland

“acceptable”

Breakfast was good with a decent variety of foods and decent value, while the staff were extremely attentive, courteous, and quick to answer every request and question – they truly were the highlight of the stay.

There was nothing positive to mention; the check‑in was awful, the room didn't match the online photos, I fell ill that night because of pets in the hotel, and I had to leave and find another place to stay.

“Horrible”

Nothing positive, everything negative.

“I didn't stay. That place is ridiculous”

I appreciated having the option to leave, but the entire hotel was permeated by a strong mold odor, a strange red stain on the couch, most of the wall lights were non‑functional, and hand and finger prints covered the room and bed; I would never recommend this place and it tarnishes the chain's reputation.

“Excellent option for family stays, travel and reunions”

The location, staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent.
