Roberto’s welcome is special. We slept very well, and when we woke up we found a good, hearty breakfast waiting for us, plus a beautiful sunrise. The shared bathroom could use improvement, but the essentials are there.

The price‑quality ratio is honest, and if you’re looking for genuine local vibes and people, you’re in the right place. The accommodation is simple for those with no pretensions. The building is currently being renovated, but it works for us.

“Прекрасный дом и замечательный хозяин!”

I stayed here for just one night and left completely thrilled. The private house was stunningly beautiful and cozy, full of genuine Italian charm. The host, Roberto, welcomed us with great warmth and showed us everything. The room was spacious and had all the essentials. Breakfast was simple Italian fare – ham, eggs, sandwiches, cheese, pie, cookies, and whole‑grain coffee from a machine. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything we needed was there. I’d gladly return! Thanks for the hospitality! The parking spot in the yard is safe, and the place is close to the main road. The view from the window overlooks the mountains. Wishing the owner Roberto prosperity and success.

It’s not just a stay, it’s a full experience: hospitality, people, slowing down, making memories. The room is clean and comfortable, simple. The shared bathroom isn’t modern but it’s clean and functional. Getting there is a bit of a challenge, but it’s worth it.
