The TV didn’t work properly, I couldn’t open my door, and a faulty bathroom power point gave me a zap.

Friendly staff and a central spot, but the toilet seat was broken, the front door needed fixing, and we got locked in our room for 45 minutes while trying to open it; only one coffee cup was available, the fridge had no cold water, and there were no glasses.

The meals were awesome and the staff were friendly and welcoming, yet the aircon in our room didn’t work and there were cobwebs and dust on the bathroom ceiling.
